Service Modes
Sophiakey Furniture provides two types of furniture procurement reservation services:
Online Furniture Procurement Service — USD $158
This service is suitable for customers who prefer to complete the furniture procurement process remotely. Our team will provide online consultation, product matching, factory recommendations, procurement planning, and online communication support based on your budget, style preferences, floor plan, and project needs.
Offline Furniture Procurement Service — USD $188
This service is suitable for customers who need in-person assistance at furniture factories. We will arrange experienced procurement specialists or professional matchmakers to accompany you to suitable factories, assist with product selection, communication, and coordination according to your budget, style, and purchasing requirements.
Reservation Fee
Before the service begins, a reservation fee is required to confirm your service qualification and reserve our procurement support.
For online service, the reservation fee is USD $158.
For offline service, the reservation fee is USD $188.
This fee allows our team to begin reviewing your requirements, matching suitable factories and products, and preparing the appropriate service arrangement for your project.
Refund Conditions
The reservation fee is refundable only if you cancel the service before accepting our consultation or before our team starts the service arrangement.
Once you have accepted our consultation, confirmed the service, or our team has started product matching, factory matching, procurement planning, online meetings, factory visit arrangements, or other related support, the reservation fee becomes non-refundable.
Deduction from Service Fee
If you continue with our full procurement service after the consultation, the reservation fee can be deducted from the final 5% service fee.
This means the reservation fee is not charged as an extra cost when you proceed with the full transaction. It will be counted as part of your service payment.
Additional Costs
The reservation fee does not include furniture product costs, factory charges, packaging fees, domestic transportation, international shipping, customs duties, taxes, warehousing, or final delivery costs.
All furniture-related transportation costs, including packaging and shipping fees charged by factories or logistics providers, shall be borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Please make sure you understand the service scope, reservation fee, and refund conditions before making payment.
By completing the reservation payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Service Reservation & Refund Policy. Once the service process has officially started, the reservation fee cannot be refunded.
