Service Terms & Conditions

1. Service Overview

Sophiakey Furniture provides furniture procurement assistance services for customers who are looking to purchase furniture from suitable factories and suppliers.

Our services include product consultation, requirement analysis, factory and product matching, procurement planning, communication support, order coordination, and related service assistance based on the customer’s budget, style preferences, project needs, and purchasing requirements.

We currently provide two service modes:

Online Furniture Procurement Service — USD $158
This service is completed remotely. It includes online consultation, requirement confirmation, product and factory matching, procurement planning, online communication support, and related coordination services.

Offline Furniture Procurement Service — USD $188
This service includes offline assistance, where our professional procurement specialists may accompany or assist the customer in visiting suitable factories, selecting products, communicating with suppliers, and coordinating the procurement process.

2. Service Reservation

A reservation fee is required before the service begins.

The reservation fee is used to confirm your service qualification, reserve our procurement support, and allow our team to begin preparing the appropriate service arrangement.

The online service reservation fee is USD $158.
The offline service reservation fee is USD $188.

After the reservation is confirmed, our team will contact you to understand your project needs and begin the service process.

3. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including but not limited to budget, preferred style, product requirements, floor plans, dimensions, destination country, expected delivery time, and any special customization needs.

Any delay or error caused by incomplete, inaccurate, or late information provided by the customer shall not be the responsibility of Sophiakey Furniture.

Customers should carefully review all product details, quotations, specifications, materials, colors, sizes, quantities, and order information before confirming any purchase.

4. Product and Factory Matching

Sophiakey Furniture will recommend suitable factories, suppliers, and products based on the customer’s requirements.

However, product availability, factory pricing, production capacity, delivery time, material options, and final quotations may vary depending on the supplier’s actual situation.

All final product details and pricing are subject to the confirmation provided by the relevant factory or supplier.

5. Payment and Service Fee

The reservation fee can be deducted from the final 5% service fee if the customer proceeds with the full procurement service.

The 5% service fee is calculated based on the confirmed product transaction amount, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Furniture product payments, factory charges, customization fees, packaging costs, transportation fees, shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, warehousing fees, and other third-party costs are not included in the reservation fee or service fee unless clearly stated.

6. Refund and Cancellation

The reservation fee is refundable only if the customer cancels before accepting our consultation or before our team begins the service arrangement.

Once the customer has accepted the consultation, confirmed the service, or once our team has started product matching, factory matching, procurement planning, online meetings, offline visit arrangements, or other service-related work, the reservation fee becomes non-refundable.

7. Order Confirmation

Before placing an order, the customer must confirm all product details, including product model, size, material, color, quantity, price, production time, packaging method, and delivery requirements.

Once the order is confirmed and payment is made to the factory or supplier, any changes, cancellations, returns, or refunds will be subject to the policies of the relevant factory or supplier.

Sophiakey Furniture will assist in communication and coordination, but we are not the manufacturer of the products unless otherwise stated.

8. Production, Shipping, and Delivery

Production time, packaging time, domestic transportation, international shipping, customs clearance, and final delivery time may vary depending on factory schedules, logistics arrangements, customs procedures, holidays, weather, or other uncontrollable factors.

Sophiakey Furniture will assist in tracking and coordinating the process, but we are not responsible for delays caused by factories, logistics providers, customs authorities, shipping companies, or other third parties.

All transportation-related costs, including packaging, domestic delivery, international shipping, customs duties, taxes, and final delivery charges, shall be borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. After-Sales Support

Sophiakey Furniture will assist customers in communicating with factories or suppliers regarding after-sales issues, including product damage, missing items, incorrect specifications, or quality concerns.

Customers should inspect the goods as soon as possible after receiving them and provide clear photos, videos, order information, and written descriptions of any issue.

After-sales solutions are subject to the policies, responsibilities, and confirmation of the relevant factory, supplier, or logistics provider.

10. Limitation of Responsibility

Sophiakey Furniture acts as a procurement service provider and coordination partner. We help customers connect with suitable factories, review options, and coordinate the purchasing process.

We are not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate customer information, customer decision changes, factory policy changes, supplier delays, logistics delays, customs issues, force majeure events, or third-party service failures.

Our responsibility is limited to the service support and coordination within the agreed service scope.

11. Changes to Service Terms

Sophiakey Furniture reserves the right to update or modify these Service Terms & Conditions when necessary.

The latest version published on our website shall apply to future service reservations and transactions.

12. Agreement

By making a reservation payment or using our procurement service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Service Terms & Conditions, as well as our Service Reservation & Refund Policy.
