How the fee is calculated

Any credit of a package or reservation fee toward the 5% project service fee will be stated in the written procurement agreement.

Scope & Booking Notes
Up to three relevant professional roles may be assigned according to project requirements, confirmed scope and availability. This does not mean that every project automatically receives three designers. The actual roles and attendance are confirmed before the visit.
International flights, visas, hotel room charges, meals, personal expenses, intercity transport, third-party vehicle upgrades outside the confirmed itinerary, furniture, samples, deposits, freight, duties, taxes, installation and specialist testing are excluded unless expressly included in writing.
Full procurement management begins when the furniture order and written procurement agreement are confirmed and is charged at 5% of the confirmed product order value.
