When you confirm a furniture order through Sophiakey, a project service fee of 5% of the confirmed product order value applies. This is not a fee for simply introducing factories. It funds the China-side team that turns your approved selections into a managed cross-border project—from specification confirmation and supplier coordination to production follow-up, quality control, shipment coordination and after-sales communication after delivery.

How the fee is calculated
The 5% project service fee is calculated on the confirmed furniture product order value unless otherwise agreed in writing. Furniture payments, samples, supplier deposits, freight, insurance, customs duties, taxes, installation and other third-party charges are separate. Any credit of a package or reservation fee toward the 5% project service fee will be stated in the written procurement agreement.

The USD 158 fee covers the defined remote planning and consultation deliverables above. It does not include furniture, samples, supplier deposits, unlimited rooms or categories, unlimited revisions, full interior design, 3D rendering, factory visits, freight, duties, taxes, installation, independent testing or full order management unless separately confirmed in writing.
Because professional work begins once your project information is accepted and reviewed, the fee is generally non-refundable after service commencement. Any fee credit, upgrade, minimum order value or validity period must be stated in your written service confirmation.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is this a full interior design service?
No. It is a furniture sourcing and procurement-planning service. Architectural drawings, construction drawings, MEP plans and photorealistic 3D rendering are not included.
Can I use USD 158 for a full villa?
The starter is designed for a limited scope. For a full home, many rooms or complex categories, contact us for the USD 588 Premium Project Experience or a separately scoped remote project.
Can I request more revisions?
Yes, subject to an additional quotation. One consolidated revision is included.
